The Hotel Royal-Savoy in Lausanne is also undergoing an extensive renovation. Plans include 180 rooms, a terrasse restaurant, a bar with cigar lounge and a spa area covering 1500 sqm. The whole establishment is ideally located between lake and station and extends over an approximate area of 10 000 sqm. The historic building, surrounded by a beautiful park, will be extended with a carefully planned annex. The investment volume amounts to CHF 90 mio. The date of the grand opening has not been fixed yet.
