The opening of the new Schweizerhof is planned for spring 2011. By this date, the Swiss Capital will have a new leading luxury hotel with 90 lavish rooms.

The new Resort Bürgenstock extends on a total surface of 600 000 sqm. It is going to offer more than 400 rooms for every price segment and will be opened year-round.

The Hotel Royal-Savoy in Lausanne will be completely renovated. Planned are 180 rooms, a terrace restaurant, a bar and cigar-lounge and a spa of 1000 sqm.
